| 13) Remove
the waxed paper from the other side and spray it with the Windex
or the solution |
14) Separate
the transfer w/ the graphic from the waxed paper and spray the sticky
side of the graphic just in case it accidentally sticks to the vehicle
or to its self. |
15) Remove
the waxed backing paper. |
| 16)
Starting from the center apply the graphic to the vehicle. Initially
use light strokes with the squeezing the graphic in to position. The
transfer tape will protect the Decal during this process. |
17)
Starting at the center re-squeegee using firm strokes. Firm strokes
and a stiff squeegee will force the fluid from underneath the graphic.
Take your time, because if not enough solution is removed from under
the Decal, it will not adhere to the surface enough to allow the
easy removal of the transfer tape. |
18)
Leave the transfer on for 15 to 30 min. Then re-squeegee the graphic. |
19)
Slowly peel the clear transfer tape back at a sharp angle. Careful
not to pull the graphics of the vehicle. If the graphics lifts
up stop pulling the transfer tape and push the graphic back to
the vehicle surface w/ your fingers or w/ a damp paper towel.
20) Fix all
bends and fold if any. |
| 21)
Trim all the places that the graphics over lap a space or an opening
like door jams, handles, gas tank door, wheel well. |
22)
If your graphic comes w/ a shadow or a second design just make sure
the first graphic is dry. And just repeat the instruction process
from the start. |
